As an HR Solutions Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Global HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise, ensuring robust HR support for leaders and employees. If you're driven by curiosity, learning agility, and strong values, this is the opportunity for you!

Accountabilities:

  • Provide generalist HR advice on a range of employment-related matters, working directly with managers to address workforce concerns.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR Centre and HR Services teams to resolve issues and enhance employee experience.
  • Deliver sound generalist HR support as a key point-of-contact and trusted partner.
  • Execute HR processes efficiently in alignment with business unit's people plans.
  • Support HRBPs with Performance Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Compensation, and Workforce Planning.
  • Provide workforce data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Practical and proven experience providing HR advice to colleagues and senior leaders
  • Technical HR knowledge/skills associated with one or more of the following disciplines: Resourcing, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, organizational change
  • Attention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completely
  • Effective communicator and able to build relationships quickly
  • Ability to prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
  • Someone with a life-long learning mindset and constantly drives their personal development
  • Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to change
  • Proven project management capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • 5 years of HR-related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience in managing/interacting with a sizeable internal customer base
